Nigeria’s unity achieved on blood of fallen heroes – Obaseki

Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo, on Saturday, stated that Nigeria’s unity was achieved on the blood of its fallen heroes and shouldn’t be taken as a right.

Obaseki made the assertion shortly after laying of wreath to rejoice 2022 Armed Forces Remembrance Day in Benin.

“The unity of this nation has been achieved on the blood of our fallen heroes; it isn’t one thing we should always take as a right or joke with.
